The Marketing Program is designed to provide the business owner with a framework to develop and implement a Strategic Marketing Plan to gain and keep more customers.
The program workshop will evaluate in detail such key areas as:
• the market place (size, direction, competitors) • the product or service (uniqueness, competitors products, potential new products, customer benefits) • customers (buying behaviour, location, buying frequency, motivation to purchase) • on-line marketing (how to optimise and get most benefit from the internet) • objectives (turnover volume, revenue, financial performance, forward planning, margins, product and market expansion) • strategies (marketing activity in relation to sales promotions, public relations, advertising, sales staff, direct marketing, internet, marketing budget) • an action plan ie. what to do, when to do and who to do it. Prioritise tasks with accountabilities.
The program consists of three comprehensive steps:
• a dynamic, interactive two-day workshop • an individual planning session • a range of support services to assist implementation
