Increase growth and productivity

The Business Planning Program is designed to increase business growth and profitability and to assist owners reduce their workload by increasing their productivity.

When you take part in a Business Planning Program you work with no more than 14 other businesses in a workshop session over two days. The sessions are enjoyable and interesting and allow you to analyse how your business is performing in key areas at present. You also start to put together ideas on how to move forward.

Following the workshop sessions, a business consultant will come to your workplace for a half day and help you formalise your business plan, for what you want to achieve and how you will make it happen over the next two or three years. Within two weeks you receive your typed business plan to guide your future activities.

As a participant you will learn how to:

• manage customers expectations
• improve staff productivity
• improve cash flow
• enhance your leadership skills
• balance your time

The program involves four comprehensive steps:

• a dynamic, easy to follow, two-day workshop
• an individual planning session
• a follow up review session (what has worked, what hasn't)
• full ongoing support for three months
